Parker is hot off of Sundance. His directorial debut, Birth Of A Nation is a hit and people are raving about it. He starred, produced, and Directed the film, making him a triple threat not to be trifled with. WB would be silly not to approach him before Marvel does. He has the look of John Stewart and I definitely believe he has the skill to bring one of the best Lanterns to the big screen perfectly.
