Jay Garrick
The golden age Flash and founding member of the Justice Society, much like Alan Scott, Jay Garrick could easily fit into the new DC Cinematic Universe. He was the first character to ever call himself The Flash. He attained his powers as result of a laboratory experiment which caused him to inhale hard/heavy water vapors during a smoke break. While his origins can easily be tweaked for a film, they could potentially even use the character in an advisory and mentor role to Ezra Miler’s Flash.
