T.O. Morrow
Thomas Oscar Morrow is a golden age mad scientist and villainous inventor. Some variations of the character have him as a mad scientist, others have him as a time-traveler, but most notably he is the father of the AI, and eventual Justice League member, Red Tornado. While the character has recently appeared on CBS’s Supergirl, and played a role in DC’s Young Justice cartoon, a film version could easily be made to tie him into Cadmus, Luthorcorp, or even S.T.A.R. Labs.
