Abraham Has a Message For ‘Walking Dead’ Spoiler Fans

With such a crazy cliffhanger as last year’s season finale of The Walking Dead, waiting to find out who was on the receiving end of Negan’s barbed-wired baseball bat “Lucille” has been frustrating for some fans. People are all over the Internet either complaining about the cliffhanger or desperately trying to figure/find out who Negan’s victim is going to be. The cast and crew of the acclaimed show are as tight-lipped as ever refusing to spoil who the unlucky victim is, even though they get asked by fans pretty much on a daily basis.

Actor Michael Cudlitz, who plays gruff Abraham Ford on the AMC show comments on how he continuously gets asked about who the victim is and has but one word for fans continuously wanting to know before the show returns this October.

“I don’t even think they hope that you answer it. I think in the back of their minds, they think that you’re going to slip up and say who it may or may not be. I get asked probably a hundred times a day during a convention. Almost every person asks.”

“It’s just like, ‘No, we’re not telling you anything now. Get over it.

With the same curt demeanor as his television counterpart, Cudlitz is to the point in saying to get over it, and wait for the show to return. He also isn’t a fan of people on social media going off in the comments sections who are either trying to find out spoilers or spoil information themselves.

“Anything anyone is reporting out there is pure speculation unless they are getting information from someone who is in the cast or who is working for the company. If that’s the case, then they’re f—ing a–holes anyway. You just ruined it for people who don’t want to know.”

Do you think he has a point? Sound off in the comments. Remember, no spoilers or Cudlitz will be mad.

The Walking Dead returns October 23rd on AMC.
