The sixth season of Marve’s Agents of SHIELD does not debut until the summer of 2019, but the series has already received a season 7 order by ABC.
Despite the show’s promised continuation, fans are worried they will not see its star, Clark Gregg, return as the beloved Agent Phil Coulson. The actor was mysteriously left out of the cast list following Coulson’s apparent death in the season five finale.
Agents of SHIELD stars Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley and Jeff Ward.
Co-created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen, who also serve as executive producers along with Jeffrey Bell and Jeph Loeb, Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television for ABC.
