Titans debuted on the DC Universe streaming service last year, acting as the service’s first original series. Titans featured an incredible cast of heroes, including a twist on the iconic duo Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly). Both Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly will return as Hawk and Dove in Titans season two, which is currently in production.
Alan Ritchson took to Instagram to share a new behind-the-scenes look at him and Minka Kelly’s character, though not with their beloved costumes. Check out the latest peek at Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly’s dynamic duo Hawk and Dove in Titans season two below.
Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly’s Hawk and Dove were key roles in Titans season one but they never officially became members of the Titans team. Now that Hawk and Dove will soar back into the fight in Titans season two, that could finally change.
In the comics, Hawk and Dove were brothers, Hank and Don Hall. Although the casting of Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly as a vigilante couple is a departure from the books, Titans did pay homage to the original Hawk and Dove.
In Titans, before Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly’s characters met, the Hall brothers are known as a duo of amateur heroes. Due to a terrible tragedy, the duo’s roster changed and brought in Minka Kelly as the new Dove.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Hawk and Dove’s return in Titans season two as soon as more information becomes available.
