Alexandra Daddario Becomes Zatanna For The DCEU In Awesome Image

Alexandra Daddario suits up to become the DCEU’s Zatanna in this awesome concept that imagines the future of Warner Bros. and DC’s Cinematic Universe.

Zatanna is an iconic superhero from the pages of DC Comics, appearing as the daughter of Golden Age superhero Giovanni Zatara, a magical character who appeared with Superman in the earliest issues of Action Comics. While she often operates as a stage magician, Zatanna’s magic is the real deal, and she frequently gets involved with superhero affairs. She has since joined major DC teams including the Justice League and the supernatural-focused sister team, Justice League Dark.

Baywatch star Alexandra Daddario recently commented on fans touting her for superhero movies, noting that she has an appreciation for the genre and would willingly play a superhero if she ever got the chance. However, Alexandra Daddario wouldn’t state a preference for the MCU or DCEU. Now, thanks to Instagram artist “mizzuriofficial,” we have an idea of what Alexandra Daddario might look like if she were cast as Zatanna in the DCEU.

The Zatanna movie is one of many projects currently being developed by Warner Bros. for the DCEU. The list also includes The BatmanThe FlashBirds of PreyThe Suicide SquadBlack AdamSupergirl and New Gods.

A standalone Joker film set outside of the DCEU starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Clown Prince of Crime is also set to hit theaters October 4, 2019.
