Get a Better Look At Anna Diop’s Starfire Costume In ‘Titans’

On the heels of getting a better look at Brenton Thwaites’ Robin costume for Titans, we now have a better look at Anna Diop’s Starfire costume in the DC Universe series.

A fan over on Reddit shared a photo from the DC Daily set that gives us an up close and personal look at the outfit that Anna Diop wore when taking on the role of Starfire. While Diop’s costume ruffled some feathers among certain sections of fandom — but not all — in regards to set photos, seeing it in execution made a difference versus looking at it while filming. But don’t just take my word for it. Have a look at the Starfire costume in the photo below.

Some may still balk at the coat that Koriand’r is wearing, but it does make sense within the context of the show. Like set photos for… well, just about any movie or television show ever, you can’t completely judge something without seeing it in the proper framework. Still, like the Robin costume, it’s a much more detailed look at what Anna Diop wore in Titans. Hopefully we get better looks at the costumes for the other characters in the DC series as well.

Beyond this, though, what were your thoughts on Anna Diop as Starfire in Titans? Not just with her look and design, but performance as well? Would you want to see Diop’s Starfire get a different design in the upcoming second season of the DC Universe series? More than that, what are your hopes and expectations not just for Starfire, but the rest of the team as we head into season two of Titans? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

The first season of Titans is available now on the DC Universe streaming service.
