It's pure (star)fire.
After Titans fans got their first look at the new Starfire costume in season three, Anna Diop shared a new behind-the-scenes shot of her new hairstyle for the role. The upcoming season is already looking positive following the reveal of Curran Walters as Red Hood, alongside the news that Barbara Gordon and Scarecrow will be involved somehow. But although Starfire was seen with her typical vibrant hair in the previous two seasons, she’s had a makeover for Titans season three.
Anna Diop posted a photo on her official Instagram page, highlighting her dark purple hairstyle for Starfire. It’ll definitely be interesting to see how it illuminates when she ignites her fiery abilities. One of the producers on Titans teased that Starfire has a larger story in season three, which is unsurprising given the arrival of her sister, Blackfire, at the end of season two. Take a look at Anna Diop showing off Starfire’s new hairstyle below.

Here is the official synopsis for Titans season two:
In Season 2, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl. Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent and Rose Wilson – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.
The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Minka Kelly as Dove, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Joshua Orpin as Superboy, Chelsea Zhang as Rose, and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.
