As filming is underway for Marvel's upcoming 'Ant-Man and the Wasp', new set photos appear to show Evangeline Lilly's Wasp taking a ride.
Earlier today John-Robert Ward, an Atlanta-based photographer snapped a few photos showcasing the titular heroine played by Evangeline Lilly riding through downtown Atlanta on the back of a flatbed truck.
With the plot for the upcoming film under wraps and the photos being taken out of context in mid-shooting, it’s hard to say what exactly is going on in this sequence as it appears Wasp maybe restrained or is trying to make a quick getaway. It’s also worth noting it could possibly be a harness for the stunt actress as well. You can check out the post below.
Filming will continue at Pinewood and around Atlanta, then moving to San Francisco until November 2017.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man and the Wasp stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michael Peña as Luis, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, Judy Greer as Maggie, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster, Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch, Hannah John-Kamen as the Ghost, and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne.
Ant-Man and the Wasp will be released in theatres on July 6, 2018. Stay tuned for the latest news on Ant-Man and the Wasp as we learn it.
