Warner Bros. and DC’s Aquaman will explore Arthur Curry’s past, with Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman portraying the titular hero’s mother, Queen Atlanna. Of course, this won’t be Kidman’s first foray into the DC world as she previously played Dr. Chase Meridian in Joel Schumacher’s Batman Forever. When asked to weigh in on which DC superhero is more fun, Aquaman or Batman, Nicole Kidman explained why she has to choose the King of Atlantis:
“Well, you have to be with the one you’re with now. So, I have to say Aquaman, right? I can’t be talking about an ex.”
