The picture was shared by the Aquaman fan site “The Aquaman Shrine”, featured Lundgren and Lin near the set of the film:
Lundgren is playing King Nereus, a supporting antagonist, and Lin plays Murk. While they’ll be playing characters on opposing sides, it’s good to know that they’re having fun offscreen.
Aquaman will serve as a direct sequel to the events of Justice League, which will properly introduce audiences to Aquaman after his previous cameos in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad.
Aquaman will make a splash on December 21, 2018. Its cast includes Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Temuera Morrison as Thomas Curry, Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, Patrick Wilson as Prince Orm Marius (Ocean Master), and Nicole Kidman as Queen Atlanna.
