Nereus looks poised for battle here, but it is hard to tell which side he is fighting on. Will he join Aquaman and Mera in protecting the realms of the deep as well as the surface world? Or will he side with Ocean Master and take out the surface dwellers? Only time will tell as Aquaman will be making a splash in theaters this December.

Directed by James Wan, Aquaman stars Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm / Ocean Master, Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, Ludi Lin as Captain Murk, and Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry.
