Apple released the official trailer for the Apple TV+ series See featuring Aquaman star Jason Momoa.

The Apple TV+ line-up of original programming is set to include a series titled See starring Aquaman‘s Jason Momoa in the lead role. The eight-episode series will debut on Apple TV+ launched date and now the first official trailer for the Jason Momoa fantasy show has been unveiled.

Set 600 years in the future after a virus has killed most of humanity and left the survivors blind, the series centers on Aquaman star Jason Momoa as Baba Voss efforts to protect his twin children. The first official trailer for Jason Momoa’s See offers fans a glimpse at the perils humanity faces in a world where humans are forced to adapt to a world without vision.

Of course, Jason Momoa is arguably best known for his role in Warner Bros. and DC’s Aquaman. A sequel is currently being developed with Jason Momoa set to return as Aquaman alongside Amber Heard as Mera David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick is penning the script for the Aquaman sequel while James Wan expected to return as director.

In the far future, a virus has decimated humankind. Those who survived emerged blind.

Jason Momoa stars as Baba Voss, the father of twins born centuries later with the mythic ability to see—who must protect his tribe against a powerful yet desperate queen who believes it’s witchcraft and wants them destroyed. Alfre Woodard also stars as Paris, Baba Voss’ spiritual leader.

Jason Momoa’s See will be available exclusively on Apple TV+ on November 1, 2019.
