Hi Res ‘Aquaman’ Images Of Orm & Vulko On Their Steeds Released

To get fans even more hyped for the upcoming Aquaman releasing this December, director James Wan has revealed some awesome hi-res images of Orm (Patrick Wilson) and Vulko (Willem Dafoe) and their armor-clad underwater allies.

The trailers for Aquaman have given fans a glimpse at a film that seems to have quite a bit to offer. There are giant monster fights, an epic chase scene on a rooftop, dynamic designs for the underwater creatures and armor, and plenty of cool characters. Two of those characters, the film’s antagonist Orm and Aquaman’s ally Vulko, were featured in some promo art that hit the internet recently. The images showed the characters atop armored sea creatures and now Wan himself has released hi-res versions of the images.

Wan took to his Twitter account to release the images, which gives fans the best look at Dafoe’s Vulko yet. The character was originally set to debut in 2017’s Justice League but was ultimately cut. Though he hasn’t been featured in many of the posters or trailers for Aquaman, this new image of him is sure to make a great desktop screensaver for any DC fan. Check out the image, along with the image featuring Orm, in the post below.

Though Orm will seemingly be the film’s main antagonist, he isn’t the only iconic DC villain showing up in the film. Actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is set to don the iconic suit and helmet to play DC villain Black Manta. Orm may be a more emotional fight for Arthur Curry but any Aquaman fan knows that from Manta’s point of view, his fight is just as emotionally driven. Fans will have to wait for the film’s release this December to see how the characters collide.
