New set photos from the seventh season finale of Arrow reveal Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards filming a scene at the house featured in the flashforward sequence in which Felicity Smoak gives birth to Mia. However, LaMonica Garrett was also reportedly at the same location filming scenes as The Monitor, though details on why the Elseworlds character was present are currently unknown.
You can check out the Arrow set photos and see LaMonica Garrett’s Monitor costume by following the link in the post below!
LaMonica Garrett made his first appearance as The Monitor in the three-part Elseworlds crossover event, where the cosmic entity was shown testing Earth-1 for an impending crisis. The Elseworlds crossover concluded with The Flash and Supergirl speeding across the Earth to slow down time in order to impede the villainous John Deegan’s efforts to rewrite reality using the Book of Destiny. While The Flash and Supergirl’s actions would have certainly resulted in their deaths, Oliver Queen made a deal with LaMonica Garrett’s The Monitor to spare their lives and receive an enhanced arrow that defeated Deegan. However, the terms of Oliver’s arrangement with LaMonica Garrett’s The Monitor are currently unknown.
