The images in question did not provide a whole lot of context as to the plot of the episode but they did hint as to what we might expect. The first few images show Oliver Queen investigating what appears to be a crime scene. The next few are of him and Felicity Smoak unpacking and talking in what appears to be an apartment.
Later on, we see a few more images of Oliver Queen’s half-sister, Emiko Queen, interrogating someone and later wounded. Further images show members of team Arrow reuniting with and/or at odds with one another. We also get a look at the recurring antagonist, Ricardo Diaz in custody in the final image. The images themselves can be seen here.
From the look of things, there is going to be a lot of drama between Oliver Queen and company before the season is over.
