SPOILER ALERT FOR TONIGHTS EPISODE OF ARROW
The episode titled Brothers and Sisters focused in part on the latest mission of the Ghost Initiative. While out in the field, the group suffered a number of trials including former antagonist Ricardo Diaz, (Kirk Acevedo), facing an old associate. While he ultimately got through it all alive he had a surprise waiting for him back in his cell.
Upon arriving, he noticed that someone had coated his cell with gasoline. An unseen character then throws a lighter into the cell and lights Diaz on fire. We see his character go up in flames right before the title card ends the show.
