In a recent Q&A with EW, Marc Guggenheim compares the feel of the 100th episode of 'Arrow' to the feel of a 100th comic book issue.
While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Marc Guggenheim was asked for any additional information of the 100th Arrow episode, to which commented on the tone we could expect. According to Guggenheim, Arrow‘s 100th episode will be more like the 100th issue of a comic book than a 100th television episode. Check out exactly what he had to say below:
“It feels like the 100th issue of a comic book, perhaps even more so than the 100th episode of a television show.”
We already know that the “Invasion!” story line will be similar to the comic origin, so that aspect of the Arrow episode makes sense. The rest is up to interpretation. What do you think Guggenheim meant by this? Make sure to let us know below in the comments.
Arrow airs every Wednesday at 8 pm on The CW. The 100th episode is set to air Wednesday, November 30th and will be directed by series stunt coordinator, James Bamford.
