The clip in question shows a number of reoccurring Arrow antagonists who are currently in ARGUS custody. This includes Ricardo Diaz, Kane Wolfman, China White, and Carrie Cutter who start out training with one another. Banter soon turns aggressive, however, as the four villains begin attempting to kill each other.
Diggle then has to break the fight up and expresses concern with his wife over the shape of the team. He tells her that he wants to let Oliver Queen know the true nature of the Ghost Initiative and the fewer secrets there are between them the better. You can see the full clip below:
From the look of things, Diggle is going to have quite a few problems with the Ghost Initiative in the next episode of Arrow!

Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) tries to bond with Emiko (Sea Shimooka). Marcus Stokes directed the episode written by Rebecca Bellotto & Jeane Wong.
