‘Arrow’ Returns From Hiatus With Second Lowest Viewer Total

Last night, Arrow returned after a month long hiatus with an episode that kicked off a nationwide manhunt for Adrian Chase, a.k.a. Prometheus. While the episode, titled “Dangerous Liaisons”, may have been highly anticipated for fans, the ratings for the latest entry of the season offered The CW both good and bad news.

TVLine reports that the latest Arrow episode earned a total of 1.5 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating. While the episode held steady in the demo number, this was the show’s second lowest audience total to date.

Arrow continues next week with the episode titled “Underneath”.

“Underneath” – (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, V) (HDTV)

OLIVER AND FELICITY ARE TRAPPED – Things get intense when Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are trapped in the bunker together. Meanwhile, Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Andreson) and Diggle (David Ramsey) deal with their martial issues. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#520). Original airdate 5/3/2017.
