‘Assembled’: Marvel Studios Reveals New Documentary Series Coming To Disney Plus

More Marvel content is being developed for Disney Plus!

Marvel Studios is developing a slew of documentaries for the Disney Plus streaming service.

The superhero content keeps on coming as Marvel Studios has officially announced Assembled, a new documentary series focusing on the making of film and television projects set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The first installment, titled Assembled: The Making of WandaVision, hits Disney Plus on March 12th.

The official Marvel website promises that Assembled will also offer fans a behind-the-scenes look at The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, Hawkeye and the upcoming Scarlett Johansson starrer Black Widow. You can check out the logo for Assembled: The Making of WandaVision below.

Marvel’s WandaVision drops new episodes on Disney Plus every Friday, with the seventh one coming this week. The nine-episode series is set to wrap up its run on March 5th before the premiere of the The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on March 19th.

Read the official synopsis for WandaVision below.

Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

Matt Shakman directed the series with Jac Schaeffer as the lead scribe; WandaVision will star Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, and Kathryn Hahn in an undisclosed role. The President of Marvel Studios has said that the series leads into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

WandaVision premieres on Disney Plus every Friday. Keep following along to stay up to date on all of the latest surrounding the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
