Pepper Potts Reportedly Getting Her Own Armor In ‘Avengers 4’

Apparently, Pepper Potts (Gwenyth Paltrow) will be suiting up in her own armor for Disney and Marvel’s Avengers 4. 

In 2013’s Iron Man 3, fans got to see Pepper Potts suit up for the first time in one of Tony Stark’s (Robert Downey Jr.) many Iron Man suits. There have been rumors for a while now that the character would be suiting up in her Rescue armor from the comics and that has possibly been confirmed by a new report.

According to a report from Deadline, Pepper will be donning some armor, though it does not specifically say that she will be wearing the Rescue armor. Pepper hasn’t been a very prominent character since Iron Man 3 but the events of Avengers: Infinity War certainly set her up for a more important role in next year’s Avengers 4. Hopefully, 11 years after debuting in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans will finally be able to see Pepper become a hero in her own right.

The next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be focusing on enhancing the female heroes, with a Black Widow movie finally moving forward and a Scarlet Witch Disney Plus series reportedly in development, so it wouldn’t be out of the question to see Pepper becoming a hero alongside the MCU’s finest.
