‘Avengers’ Star Chris Hemsworth Would ‘Love To Do More’ Thor Films

Avengers: Endgame star Chris Hemsworth expressed his willingness to return for more Thor films during an interview with Variety.

Director Taika Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok debuted rave reviews, making it the most acclaimed entry in the God of Thunder’s film series and in no small part due to its great use of Chris Hemsworth’s comedic talents. However, with Avengers: Endgame having concluded the stories of many long-time MCU heroes and the contracts of many cast members now expired, fans are concerned Chris Hemsworth’s time as Thor could come to an end just as they beginning to fall in love with the more humorous side of the character. Fortunately, Chris Hemsworth stated he would love to star in more Thor films, though he unaware of what Marvel Studios has planned for the future:

“I’d still love to do more, to be honest. And I don’t know what the plan is. I feel like we’ve opened up such a different character. I feel more energized for the possibility of where it could go.”

However, Chris Hemsworth noted that he will channel his light-hearted and comedic side in other projects should his time as Thor be over:

“But I’ll use that in other places and other characters if it’s the end here.”
