This ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Theory Has An Unlikely Hero Rescuing Ant-Man

Seems that the real hero that helps get Scott Lang out of the Quantum Realm in time for Avengers: Endgame was right under our noses all along, according to one theory. Who would’ve thought that Luis would end up being the hero? Well, one fan does, according to a new Avengers and Ant-Man theory.

Scott Lang showed up at the end of the trailer of Avengers: Endgame. To refresh your memory, we last saw Scott trapped in the Quantum Realm at the end of Ant-Man & The Wasp because Hank, Janet, and Hope were snapped out of existence and unable to bring him back out. Thanks a lot, Thanos. So how does Scott get free? Could Carol Danvers play a part? Well, one fan over on the Marvel Studios Subreddit theorizes that Luis will head to the terrace where Hank, Janet, and Hope once were.

From there, Luis would receive instructions from Ant-Man and eventually free Scott from the Quantum Realm. Following this, Luis would inform Scott of everything that has happened in a way that only Luis could. So presumably, by the time Luis manages to free Ant-Man in time for Avengers: Endgame, a considerable amount of time will have passed. Naturally, because Luis is in on what Scott does in his spare time, he’d probably be aware of what was happening on the roof. Here, have a look at the theory and judge for yourself:

Now granted, the one potential hole in this theory is that it’s entirely possible that Luis was snapped out of existence by Thanos as well. Plus, even if Luis survived, how would he know about the events of Infinity War to retell them, as he didn’t witness them? Perhaps that’s going a little too deep down the Quantum Realm, but that’s why fans entertain these theories. What do you think, though? Could Luis end up being the true savior of Ant-Man? Let us know your thoughts on this theory in the comments below.
