‘Avengers: Endgame’ Cast List May Have Confirmed A Major Fan Theory

The Internet Movie Database (or IMDb) may have revealed more than it should on their cast list for the upcoming Avengers: Endgame.

Mmoviegoers often try to keep up with who is cast in a film and that is where this website comes in handy so that fans can know the actors cast in a project and their previous work. In this case, it just so happened that a cast list may have confirmed a possible theory that has been going around since the film’s announcement. With this new information perhaps there could be a possibility that our beloved heroes will be traveling back in time to the 1970s.

The cast list for Avengers: Endgame has two cast members that stand out due to their description. One cast member (Monica Mathis) is described as “70’s Car Girl #1.” The second (Miles Webb) is described as a “1970’s Scientist/Lab Worker.” This could mean that the Avengers or a particular member of the team may be traveling back in time.

Though the website may be edited by those who have a professional account, there have been instances where a bit of casting on there is correct. Cast listings have been proven incorrectly in the past with certain characters that would be in a film but where not with projects like The Avengers or Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But, as mentioned, the casting can be proven correctly and if so then we might be seeing a”70’s Car Girl” and “1970’s scientist” share the screen with the heroes in Avengers: Endgame.

What are your thoughts on this casting? Do you think time travel could be a possibility? Share your thoughts below!

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame is expected to star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Brie Larson, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.

“A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.”

Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 26, 2019.
