Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have previously included Arrested Development or Community actors in their Marvel films and fans are expecting the filmmakers to continue the tradition in Avengers: Endgame. Now, Revenge of The Fans reports Community alum Ken Jeong, who portrayed Ben Chang in the former NBC’s comedy series, will appear in Endgame for what the outlet presumes will be a cameo role.
Furthermore, the outlet reports Rene Russo will return as Thor’s mother, Queen Frigga of Asgard, who was killed by the sinister Malekith in The Dark World. While details on the circumstances of her return are currently unknown, the outlet speculates time travel (which is widely believed to play a key role in the film) or the Soul World could be involved.
Fans will find out more when the fourth Avengers film finally hits theaters in April!
