‘Avengers: Endgame’ Concept Art Shows Off Alternate Rescue Armor

An alternate design for Pepper Potts’ Rescue armor in Avengers: Endgame has been revealed thanks to one of the film’s concept artists.

A cool piece of concept art from Avengers: Endgame showing Pepper Potts’ Rescue armor has surfaced online, revealing a new look for the hero. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has teased Pepper getting her own Iron Man suit for quite some time, and she even briefly wore Tony Stark’s gold suit in Iron Man 3 when his Malibu mansion was attacked. However, the concept art shows off a slightly different take on Pepper Potts’ Rescue armor in Avengers: Endgame.

Rodney Fuentebella revealed his early concept design for Pepper Potts’ Rescue armor in Avengers: Endgame. And while the final version of the suit gave Pepper’s armor a blueish hue, the artist’s original design stuck to a purple and silver color scheme. The face plate also has a pointed look to it rather than the smooth curves of the helmet in Avengers: Endgame‘s dramatic battle.
