‘Avengers: Endgame’ Fan Art Revisits Emotional ‘Infinity War’ Finale

A new piece of Avengers: Endgame fan art pays tribute to some of the fallen heroes of this Summer’s Avengers: Infinity War.

The finale of Avengers: Infinity War featured many fan-favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe characters biting the dust, so to speak, in an act that has since been dubbed ‘The Decimation”. Thanos’ (Josh Brolin) victory at the end of the film meant that half of all life in the universe vanished at the snap of his fingers, thanks to the power of the Infinity Gauntlet. Now, Avengers: Endgame is on its way in April and even the posters continue to remind fans of the iconic event.

The official poster for Avengers: Endgame features the “A” in Avengers breaking apart much like the characters who fell victim to the Decimation. This has inspired artist BossLogic to release his own version of the poster, which more directly connects the poster with the iconic imagery. Check out the incredible art via BossLogic’s Twitter in the post below.

Avengers: Endgame is expected to see many of the fallen heroes making their return, especially since Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters shortly after Endgame and sequels to both Black Panther and Doctor Strange have already been announced. If Marvel keeps the secrecy around the film high enough, as they did with Infinity War, then fans will most likely have to wait for it to hit theaters to find out how the iconic heroes will return, but that doesn’t mean that there won’t be deaths along the way in this one too.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Avengers: Endgame as soon as more information becomes available. Which deaths from Infinity War do you suspect will not be reversed in Endgame? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Avengers: Endgame is scheduled to be released in theaters April 26th, 2019.
