‘Avengers: Endgame’: More Evidence Teases Return Of Familiar Foes

New merchandise for Avengers: Endgame gives fans more evidence of familiar foes returning for the upcoming Marvel Studios film.

The end is near and Avengers: Endgame LEGO sets have been giving fans glimpses of what may possibly come in the new Marvel film. This time, it seems that a new LEGO set features a look at the return of familiar foes that may leave fans with more questions before the film’s release. A new set seems to have the LEGO miniature characters sharing a resemblance to the Chitauri. The Chitauri are Thanos’ army that were present in The Avengers. You can check out an image of the set below.

This new image adds on to previous evidence spotted for prototype figures containing similar characteristics to the Chitauri from The Avengers. If the images and designs are accurate to what may appear in the film then we might be seeing the return of the Chitauri in some way for Avengers: Endgame. This will have fans guessing if the film will either have time travel or a flashback sequence to previous events in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Whichever it may be it will sure help bring the culmination of films full circle by bringing old foes that helped unite the Avengers in their first outing together.

What do you think of this new LEGO set image? Do you think we may see the Chitauri return? Share your thoughts below!

A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the film is expected to star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Brie Larson, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.

Avengers: Endgame is scheduled to be released in theaters on April 26, 2019.
