When Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk made his debut in Joss Whedon’s The Avengers, fans were impressed by how the digital effects team based the Green Goliath’s face on Ruffalo’s appearance when the previous cinematic versions of the character avoided bearing any resemblance to the actor portraying Bruce Banner. However, The Hulk resembled Mark Ruffalo more closely than before in the aforementioned Avengers: Endgame artwork and fans believe this may be because the Marvel Studios epic will introduce Professor Hulk, one of the Green Goliath’s personalities that combines Bruce Banner’s intellect with the Hulk’s strength.
