‘Avengers: Endgame’ Concept Art Reveals A Creepy Alternate Red Skull Look

Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame concept artist Rodney Fuentebella revealed an early design for Red Skull.

Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame featured the return of the villainous Red Skull, who was now the guardian of the Soul Stone on the planet Vormir. While Red Skull was now wearing a new black robe for his appearance in Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, the villain retained his unmistakable visage for the two Marvel Marvel Studios epics.

However, concept artist Rodney Fuentebella shared an early concept design for Red Skull that reveals the villain almost had a different and creepier look for Avenger: Infinity War and Endgame. As Fuentebella explained in the caption, the initial idea was to make Red Skull a “husk of his former self.”
