‘Avengers: Endgame’: New BTS Look At Tilda Swinton’s Return As The Ancient One

New behind-the-scenes photos from Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame feature Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One.

Avengers: Endgame features the final cameo from the late Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee, but the movie also includes surprise appearances by some of the biggest stars of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. One of the familiar faces audiences saw in Endgame was The Ancient One, played by Tilda Swinton.

Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One met her end in 2016’s Doctor Strange, but the character makes a surprise appearance in Endgame when the Avengers travel back in time to the Battle of New York to obtain three of the Infinity Stones to assemble their own gauntlet. Thanks to newly-surfaced photos, fans can get a behind-the-scenes look at Tilda Swinton’s return as the Ancient One in the movie.
