First Look At Tessa Thompson As Valkyrie For ‘Avengers: Endgame’

Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie is back in a brand new character poster for Avengers: Endgame.

With exactly one month to go until Avengers: Endgame hits theaters, Marvel Studios has released a bunch of character posters for the movie, with those who survived the ending of Infinity War in color and those turned to ash in black-and-white. One of the new Endgame posters gives fans a first look at Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, who last seen in 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok.

You can check out the Avengers: Endgame poster with Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie below.

Endgame will serve as both a follow up to Avengers: Infinity War as well as the conclusion to the 22 films that came before it which has now been dubbed as the Infinity Saga by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige before Marvel kicks off Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Spider-Man: Far From Home in July.

While plot details still remain under wraps, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes are expected to team up with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and utilize the Quantum Realm in their efforts to undo the decimation from Thanos’ snap and bring back half of the universe’s population which was turned to dust by the Mad Titan.

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo,  Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Tessa Thompson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Josh Brolin.

Avengers: Endgame opens in theaters on April 26, 2019.
