Marvel’s Loki is known for his mischief and trickery, whether it be in the comics, movies, or other forms of media. Throughout his time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki has proven that he is not to be trusted and is probably the character in the entire franchise who has betrayed the most people onscreen.
A new fan theory claims that even his death in Avengers: Infinity War may be a simple trick by the Asgardian villain. The legitimacy of Loki’s death in the film has been debated quite often since its release in April but a new theory on Reddit from username FantasticCreature has offered some intriguing new evidence that further questions the mortality of Loki in the MCU. Whether or not he returns to the big screen, it’s been revealed that fans haven’t seen the last of Hiddleston’s Loki. It was recently confirmed that the character will return in his own series on the Disney Plus streaming service. The new streaming service will make its debut in 2019.
