A recent number of images and videos taken on the set of the latest Avengers film in Scotland further hint that the film will include Thanos' Black Order.
Potential SPOILERS for Avengers: Infinity War below! Read at your own risk.
Avengers: Infinity War is being filmed in Edinburgh, Scotland and thanks to Twitter user @richardriddell, we’re in the loop as to what’s currently being shot. What we’ve seen thus far is an actor wearing a suit that could be used for motion capture or CGI. Furthermore, the actor is seen sporting a pike. You can check out the tweets and videos below.
The current theory right now is that the two characters are none other than Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight, two members of the Black Order. The Black Order is a group of henchmen that serve Thanos. Going forward, it will be interesting to see how the Black Order is used and if there will be more than two members, as the original team consists of four.
Last week, we were able to see footage that showcased Vision being attacked by two unknown individuals. It could be likely that those two individuals could be members of the Black Order. Seeing as Vision is the most powerful hero in the group, he would clearly be a target of Thanos.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Josh Brolin, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, and other members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
