Former Batman Ben Affleck Stars In New ‘Triple Frontier’ Trailer

Even though Ben Affleck will not be returning as Batman, you will have the opportunity to see him in action in his new Netflix film Triple Frontier.

Ben Affleck has made a name for himself after starring in many great action films recently like The Town, The Accountant, and as Batman in the DC Extended Universe. Now, Affleck is set to appear alongside other great actors in a new action film for Netflix. Triple Frontier includes the likes of Oscar Isaac, Pedro Pascal, Charlie Hunnam, and Garret Hedlund. The film seems to have the similar vibe to The Town which was directed and co-written by Ben Affleck. The stars of the film are set to rob from the bad to help their lives back at home, but it seems things do not go according to plan. You can check out the trailer below.

Triple Frontier will debut on Netflix this March and it looks to be a big budget film for the company. The film seems to contain incredible action sequences with a few explosions, but not as big as director Michael Bay might have preferred them to be. Triple Frontier will give Ben Affleck fans another opportunity to see the actor in an action film after his most recent project, Justice League.

What do you think of the trailer? Do you look forward to seeing this ensemble of stars work together? Share your thoughts below!

Struggling to make ends meet, five former U.S. soldiers set out to steal millions from a drug lord’s lair — and end up with a target on their backs.

Directed by J.C. Chandor Triple Frontier stars Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, Pedro Pascal, Charlie Hunnam, Garret Hedlund, and Adria Arjona.

Triple Frontier will premiere on Netflix on March 13, 2019.
