Hilarious Batman Script Written By AI Amuses Fans Before DC FanDome

It's a shame this Batman script will probably never make it to the screen.

A new Batman script written by an AI amuses fans and goes viral ahead of DC FanDome later this month.

While most Batman fans are excited to get their first look at the upcoming film from Robert Pattinson and Matt Reeves at DC FanDome at the end of August, an AI Batman script provides a crazier take on the Caped Crusader and his nemesis the Joker. Most recently, co-writer Mattson Tomlin opened up about the upcoming film, saying that it’ll explore Bruce Wayne’s soul more than ever before. But chances are it will never be as insane or as weird as this AI Batman script.

The script, which is probably actually written by comedian Keaton Patti, resurfaced again after it was originally posted last year. It follows a trend of joking that an AI had written a script which gives the writer an excuse to point fun at the characters and themes of popular films. This Batman script riffs on the Dark Knight’s constant battle with the Joker while also playing with the fact that Bruce Wayne has never got over the death of his parents. It would be hilarious to see an animated version of this story, although there’s no chance that’ll get announced at DC FanDome. Take a look below.

What do you think of the AI Batman script? Do you think Warner Bros. should use it somehow? Are you excited for DC FanDome? Sound-off in the comments!

Plot details for The Batman are being kept under lock and key, but we know that the project will revolve around Robert Pattinson as a younger Bruce Wayne, chronicling Batman during his formative years as Gotham City’s protector. The Batman will also feature the hero making use of his detective skills more than what we’ve seen before in previous iterations of the character. It is also expected to be the first installment to a new trilogy starring Pattinson as Batman.

Directed by Matt Reeves from a script he co-wrote with Mattson Tomlin, the film stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.

The Batman is currently set to hit theaters on October 1, 2021. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for all the latest news regarding DC FanDome, Robert Pattinson and The Batman universe, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content.
