Is the Court of Owls tracking Batman in the new tease from WB Games Montreal?
Following the rumor that WB Interactive is planning to reveal the next Batman game at DC FanDome later this week, a new teaser from WB Games Montreal seemingly hints what to expect from the mysterious new title. Fans have seen a number of cryptic teasers showing strange symbols that point to the Court of Owls, the Gotham City Police Department and possibly the Suicide Squad. But the latest clue could point to the story of the upcoming title.
The new teaser for the Batman game showed off a grid of numbers while a mysterious sign showed up in the middle as a symbol flickered over the screen. When a fan took a screenshot of the logo it seems to reference the Court of Owls, as well as using elements from some of the symbols we’ve seen in previous teasers. When another fan went to the ‘@r3dakt3d’ teaser site, it says we’ve been expecting you 8/18. So it seems we’ll get one more Batman game tease before DC FanDome later this week. If we had to guess from the grid and the symbols, it seems the Court of Owls could be tracking the Caped Crusader. Take a look at the new clues below.
What do you make of the latest tease for the Batman game from WB Games Montreal? Do you think we’ll see the Court of Owls or will it focus on a completely different set of villains? What do you want to see from the game at DC FanDome? Sound-off in the comments!
