First ‘Batman And Harley Quinn’ Trailer Released

The first trailer for Warner Bros. Animation’s upcoming animated feature Batman and Harley Quinn has hit the web.

Premiered exclusively by Entertainment Weekly, the trailer gives us our first look at the new film. An official synopsis has yet to be released however the magazine has revealed Batman and Harley Quinn features Batman and Nightwing enlisting the help of their nemesis Harley Quinn as they try to foil a plot by Poison Ivy which could bring about a verdant apocalypse.

Batman and Harley Quinn is an original story from Timm who co-created Harley Quinn along with Paul Dini. Timm also serves as exec producer on the project.

The voice cast for the film includes Kevin Conroy and The Big Bang Theory star Melissa Rauch as the titular hero and villain, respectively. Loren Lester, Paget Brewster, John DiMaggio, Eric Bauza, Rob Paulsen, Robin Atkin Downes, Mindy Sterling and Trevor Devall also star.

Batman and Harley Quinn has yet to receive an official release date, however, the film is expected for home release later this summer.
