For now, Ben Affleck appears to be going back to starring in mid-budget drama films like the upcoming erotic thriller Deep Water. There’s no indication if Ben Affleck has any plans to direct anything new, though it’s always a pleasure to see him in the director’s chair. Now that Ben Affleck is no longer Batman, Robert Pattinson is replacing him with filmmaker Matt Reeves directing the character’s next cinematic solo outing.
