The new set photos feature Margot Robbie reprising her role as the iconic Batman villain and girlfriend of the Joker. While the two lovebirds were featured together in 2016’s Suicide Squad, the new set photos confirm the two have since split when the story picks back up with Harley Quinn in the DCEU spin-off. The tattoos on Margot Robbie reveal Harley Quinn has since “fixed” her tattoos, crossing out the word “Puddin” on her “Harley + Puddin” tattoo on her right leg, as well as adding to the word “Puddin” on her left leg so it now reads “Pudding Cups.”

Directed by Cathy Yan from a script penned by Bumblebee writer Christina Hodson, Birds of Prey stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary, Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain, Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz, Ewan McGregor as Black Mask, and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Ali Wong, Robert Catrini, and Michael Masini have also been cast in undisclosed roles.
The film will feature the female superhero team as they come together to protect Cassandra Cain after she comes across a diamond which belongs to Gotham crime lord Black Mask.
