Perhaps there’s a chance that the role is the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Norman Osborn? Personally, I’d love to see him in that role especially due to it meaning that he would be sticking around in the franchise for awhile and bring something special to the role. Especially after the disappointment of how the character was treated in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Let’s not talk about that one.
With production on the film quickly approaching, stay tuned as we should expect to get more details over the next few weeks. If Keaton does sign on for the role he will join Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei & Zendaya in the Jon Watts directed film hitting theaters July 7, 2017. Sound off with your thoughts on the possible addition of Keaton to the film’s cast and what villain you’d like to see him play in the comments section below.
