Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel has been receiving positive feedback from its first press screening and it appears the film may contain a touching tribute to the late Marvel icon. Stan Lee passed away last November at the age of 95. The Marvel comics publisher was known for his cameo appearances in Marvel films and has even crossed over to DC. Throughout his career, Stan Lee received much love and praise from comic book readers across the world. Editor and screenwriter Anna Klassen was a guest at the first press screening of Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and mentioned that during the screening there was a tribute to the Marvel icon in the opening for the film.
