For fans who don’t recognize Bruce Campbell from the Spider-Man films, he played the wrestling announcer who was present for Peter Parker’s first time using his Spidey powers in action, moments before Uncle Ben’s death. In Spider-Man 2, Bruce Campbell returned as a different character who infamously would not let Peter Parker into the theater to see Mary Jane Watson’s play, due to the web-slinger arriving late.
Bruce Campbell then finished his trio of Spider-Man cameos in 2007’s Spider-Man 3, where he played a waiter helping Peter propose to Mary Jane.
