‘Gotham City Sirens’: Bryce Dallas Howard Interested In Playing Poison Ivy

Jurassic World actress Bryce Dallas Howard is interested in possibly playing Poison Ivy in David Ayer's Gotham City Sirens.

Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard is interested in playing the famous Batman villain, Poison Ivy. When asked by a fan on Twitter if the actress would be willing to play the character, Howard’s response was to post a gif of Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy from the 1997 Batman and Robin movie. Howard then wrote that “She’s pretty badass.”

You can check out the tweet below.

Currently, there’s a spin-off from Suicide Squad that will be titled Gotham City Sirens, which will include Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy. Margot Robbie will also be serving as executive producer on the film, which will be directed by David Ayer, with a screenplay by Geneva Robertson-Dworet.

Bryce Dallas Howard may be an interesting choice, but at the moment, there has been no news about which characters will be confirmed and the casting process for the film. So, who could be cast as Poison Ivy is anyone’s guess, but Howard has put her name out there for possible consideration.

Gotham City Sirens does not have a release date yet, but stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for continued coverage.
