Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame concluded Captain America’s story by having Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers travel back in time to return the Infinity Stones to the point at which they were taken, only to return to the present as an old man after deciding to remain the past and live a happy life with Peggy Carter. Of course, the fate of Captain America remained a popular topic of conversation before the release of Avengers: Endgame, but vetetan actor Patrick Gorman previously hinted at “Old Man Cap” in a photo of himself as Chris Evans’ body double.
