Last week, Frank Grillo stated that Crossbones will make an appearance in Avengers 4 during a flashback scene. While fans who thought the major Captain America villain didn’t get enough screen time during Civil War were excited to hear that Crossbones would return, Frank Grillo has now taken to his official Instagram to explain that he has “confirmed nothing”:
“In the course of a day i get asked 1000 questions about a character i played for 8 minutes. I’ve confirmed nothing. But sometimes i have fun w people who ask.”
