‘Captain Marvel’ Gets The Spotlight On Empire’s Latest Subscriber Cover

Empire has released a look at their exclusive subscriber cover featuring Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel.

Fans of the magazine will be getting a look at Captain Marvel before she is set to come in and help the Avengers in the upcoming conclusion Avengers: Endgame. The superhero will be debuting in her solo film as she will be introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and fans around the world. As we get closer to the release of her film, we have a new look at her in this new cover where she seems to stand as a shinning beam of hope. You can view the new cover below:

Here we see Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in the subscriber cover designed by Doaly. The cover seems to have a lot of detail as to who Captain Marvel is. The outer image seems to be of Carol Danvers with a silhouette of the hero in costume right in the center. The silhouette is in space with many stars around it which could be in reference to her coming from another world.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, McKenna Grace, Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.

Captain Marvel will be released in theaters on March 8, 2019.
