We’re just over a month away from the release of Marvel Studios’ first female-led superhero movie Captain Marvel. The hype continues to build for the continuation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Carol Danvers. To create even more hype, a new international poster has been released for audiences to get another new look at the titular character.
By this point there have been countless trailers and posters for audiences to take a good look at Captain Marvel. Judging by the footage and images that have been released there’s no doubt that Marvel has another hit on their hands. The MCU has been a financial and critical success, now even garnering a Best Picture nomination for Black Panther at the Oscars. The franchise is a cultural phenomenon, and Captain Marvel might be the next milestone in the MCU.
Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, Mckenna Grace, Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.
Captain Marvel will fly into theaters on March 8, 2019.
